Bonus of at least €100 for new carpool drivers (energy savings certificates scheme)
The order of 2 December 2022 creates, from 1 January to 31 December 2023, a bonus within the energy savings certificates (CEE) scheme for short-distance (TRA-SE-115) and long-distance (TRA-SE-114) carpooling operations. Platforms signing the 'Coup de pouce CEE Covoiturage' charter pay new drivers at least €25 for the first trip, then at least €75 after nine further trips (short distance) or two further trips (long distance) within three months. The bonus is funded by the obligated parties of the CEE scheme (energy suppliers), not by the State budget.
