Exceptional covid-19 bonus for public servants subject to exceptional constraints
Decree 2020-570 allows the State, local authorities and their public bodies to pay a one-off exceptional bonus, capped at €1,000, to staff particularly mobilised during the health emergency to keep public services running. For the State, it is set at three rates: €330, €660 or €1,000. It is exempt from tax and contributions (article 11 of the act of 25 April 2020) and is not renewable.
