Exceptional €1,000 return-to-work bonus for minimum income recipients

Decree No. 2005-1054 of 29 August 2005 creates a State-funded €1,000 return-to-work bonus for recipients of the minimum income (RMI), the specific solidarity allowance (ASS), the single parent allowance (API) or the disabled adult allowance (AAH), registered as jobseekers for at least twelve months between 1 March 2004 and 1 September 2005, who create or take over a business or are hired between 1 September 2005 and 31 December 2006 (at least 78 hours a month for four months if hired).
