One-off end-of-year 2008 aid ("Christmas bonus") for minimum income recipients

Decree No. 2008-1238 of 28 November 2008 grants a one-off end-of-year aid to recipients of the minimum integration income (RMI) and the experimental active solidarity income entitled to the allowance for October 2008, or failing that November or December 2008. It amounts to €152.45 for a single person, increased by 50% for a two-person household and 30% per additional person (40% from the third child). In 2008 an additional flat aid of €67.55 per household is added. The aid is paid by the State.
