Exceptional €1,000 back-to-work bonus narrowed to recipients of the disabled adults' allowance

Decree No. 2006-1199 of 29 September 2006 rewrites Article 1 of Decree No. 2005-1054 of 29 August 2005. In its 2005 version, the exceptional €1,000 back-to-work bonus, paid by the State, covered recipients of the RMI, ASS, API and AAH. From 1 October 2006 it is reserved for recipients of the disabled adults' allowance (AAH) registered as jobseekers for at least 12 months between 1 March 2004 and 1 September 2005 who start or take over a business, or sign an employment contract of at least 78 hours a month for 4 months, between 1 September 2005 and 31 December 2006. RMI, ASS and API recipients now fall under the back-to-work bonus created by the Act of 23 March 2006; those who returned to work before 1 October 2006 keep the exceptional bonus under the previous rules.
