Coverage of agricultural social contributions by the MSA (October 2026)

A €20m envelope from the National Health and Social Action Fund of the agricultural social security fund (MSA), allocated among departments, to cover part of the social contributions of farmers and agricultural employers. The report on the advance decree of 14 October 2026 lists the coverage of contributions by the MSA among the measures of the "Climate, Adaptation, Drought, Fires" (CASI) plan.
