Extension of performing arts intermittent workers' rights until 31 August 2021
The decree of 29 July 2020 extends until 31 August 2021 unemployment benefits for performing arts intermittent artists and technicians (annexes VIII and X) whose rights were expiring. Rights are then re-examined over a wider reference period to reach the 507 hours; the catch-up clause is eased (338 hours) and teaching hours count up to 140 hours (170 hours from age 50).
