Censi-Bouvard tax reduction extended until 2016 at an 11% rate
The 2013 Finance Act extended from 31 December 2012 to 31 December 2016 the income tax reduction for buying new homes let as non-professional furnished rentals in service residences (residences for elderly or disabled people, student residences, classified tourist residences). The rate remains 11% of the cost, with the 18% rate kept for certain earlier commitments.
