Extension of the Censi-Bouvard tax reduction for 2017, excluding tourist residences
The 11% tax reduction for buying furnished dwellings let in service residences (students, elderly or disabled people) is extended to investments made in 2017. Tourist residences are excluded from the scheme at the same time.
