Extension of the organic farming tax credit until 2022
Article 150 of the 2021 Finance Act extends by two years, until 2022, the tax credit for agricultural businesses with at least 40% of their receipts from organic production (Article 244 quater L of the General Tax Code), which was due to expire in 2020. It updates the reference to the European regulation on organic production (Regulation (EU) 2018/848) from 1 January 2022.
