Conversion of RTT days into pay extended until 31 December 2029
Additional article adopted by the National Assembly at first reading (identical amendments). In article 5 I, first paragraph, of the amending finance law for 2022 (Law no. 2022-1157 of 16 August 2022), the date of 31 December 2026 would be replaced by 31 December 2029: employees could, with their employer's agreement, give up reduced-working-time (RTT) days in exchange for increased pay, under the tax and social regime of overtime.
