'Parenthood' zero-interest loan and removal of the annual PTZ spending cap
The PTZ (zero-interest home loan) would be opened to households expecting a child or with a child under three, subject to income conditions, even if they have already received a PTZ, once per beneficiary. The statutory annual PTZ spending cap (€2.1bn) would be abolished.
