State-assisted buy-back of pension quarters for children of harkis who lived in the camps
The 2015 Social Security Financing Act allows children of former harkis, moghaznis and auxiliary forces to have the general scheme count periods spent aged 16 to 21 in military transit and accommodation camps between 18 March 1962 and 31 December 1975, up to four quarters. The contribution payment is reduced by a flat amount borne by the State, set at €2,000 per quarter by decree 2015-772 of 29 June 2015.
