Refocusing of MaPrimeRénov'
Several types of work are no longer eligible under the "per-measure" track of MaPrimeRénov' (home renovation grant) — wood and biomass heating, heat pumps for hot water only, ventilation, insulation, solar thermal and hybrid solar — for applications submitted from 1 September 2026.

Measure impact
Works removed from the "per-measure" track are no longer funded for applications submitted since 1 September 2026 (except solar hot water in the overseas territories). Dwellings rated F and G remain eligible for the "per-measure" track until 31 December 2027 in mainland France. According to service-public.fr, a detached house that keeps gas heating is no longer eligible for the comprehensive renovation track.
