New fee schedule for plant variety certificates

The order of 8 January 2026 sets the fees for examining, granting and maintaining plant variety certificates (Article L. 623-16 of the Intellectual Property Code) and for register entries; it repeals the 22 May 2018 schedule. Application fee €140, grant €60, annual fees from €70 (1st year) to €270 (from the 6th).
