Photovoltaic IFER reduced from €7.57/kW/year to €3.155/kW/year for 20 years for installations >100 kW commissioned after 1 January 2021. Photovoltaic production cost reduced by €3.5/MWh. Reduced rate maintained despite later upratings so as not to hold back solar investment.
