Income tax reduction for investing in SMEs: venture capital holdings excluded from the ownership threshold
Article 2 of the Act of 26 July 2005 amends Article 199 terdecies-0 A(I)(e) of the General Tax Code (income tax reduction for subscribing to the capital of unlisted companies). When checking that the company is mainly owned by individuals, holdings of venture capital companies, single-shareholder risk investment companies, regional development companies and financial innovation companies are no longer counted, provided there is no dependency link; the same applies to holdings of FCPR, FIP and FCPI funds. It applies to payments made from 1 January 2005.
