Veterans' pension raised from 41 to 43 index points

Article 113 of the 2010 Finance Act raises the veterans' pension (retraite du combattant, Article L. 256 of the Military Invalidity and War Victims Pensions Code) from 41 to 43 military invalidity pension index points from 1 July 2010. The increase also applies to the veterans' pensions paid to nationals of former French territories covered by the 2007 Finance Act. The index was later raised to 44 points on 1 July 2011 and to 48 points on 1 July 2012.
