Access age for phased retirement set at 60
Decree 2025-681 of 15 July 2025 sets at 60 the age from which insured persons can access phased retirement, instead of the legal retirement age minus two years (up to 62 eventually under the 2023 reform). It applies to pensions taking effect from 1 September 2025 in the general scheme, aligned schemes and the State civil service; Decree 2025-680 applies the same rule to the CNRACL and Ircantec.
