Early 4% increase in pensions and social benefits on 1 July 2022
Article 9 of the law of 16 August 2022 on emergency measures to protect purchasing power raises by 4% (coefficient 1.04), on 1 July 2022, the benefits subject to the annual revaluation under article L. 161-25 of the Social Security Code. This rise is an advance on later revaluations: the coefficient of the next annual revaluation takes the increase already applied into account.
