Activity bonus: lump sum raised by €20 and earned-income rate reduced

Decree No. 2018-836 of 3 October 2018 sets the monthly lump sum of the activity bonus for a single person at €551.51, compared with €531.51 under Decree No. 2018-323 of 3 May 2018, for bonuses due for August 2018. The same decree lowers from 62% to 61% the share of earned income taken into account in the calculation (article D. 843-3 of the Social Security Code). These provisions do not apply in Mayotte.
