Higher small pensions for spouses and family helpers in agriculture
Law no. 2021-1679 of 17 December 2021, from a bill tabled by André Chassaigne, aligns the reference increased pension (minimum basic pension) of collaborating spouses and family helpers in agriculture with that of farm managers. It also raises to the level of the old-age solidarity allowance (ASPA) the ceiling above which this top-up is reduced. It limits the collaborating spouse status to five years and improves information on the ASPA.
