1% uprating of cadastral rental values for 2016
Article 98 of the 2016 Finance Act sets the flat-rate uprating coefficient of cadastral rental values for 2016 at 1.01, for undeveloped land, industrial buildings and all other built properties (article 1518 bis of the general tax code). These values are the base for housing tax, property taxes and the business property contribution.
