0.4% uprating of cadastral rental values for 2017 and automatic indexation to inflation from 2018
Article 99 of the 2017 finance act sets the uprating coefficient for cadastral rental values at 1.004 for 2017 (undeveloped land, industrial buildings and other built property) and provides that from 2018 these values are raised each year in line with the change, if positive, in the harmonised consumer price index between November of year N-2 and November of year N-1 (Article 1518 bis of the General Tax Code). Rental values of revised business premises are excluded.
