Temporary additional earnings supplement (RSTA) in overseas territories
Decree No. 2009-602 of 27 May 2009 creates a temporary additional earnings supplement of €100 a month in Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Réunion, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon.
