Earned income supplement (RSA) experiment extended by the TEPA Act to recipients of minimum income (RMI) and single-parent allowance (API)
Articles 18 to 21 of the TEPA Act of 21 August 2007 define the earned income supplement (RSA) and widen its experiment, opened by Article 142 of the 2007 Finance Act, to new volunteer départements for minimum income (RMI) recipients, and to recipients of the single-parent allowance (API) in a state-funded experiment. Decree No. 2007-1392 of 28 September 2007 sets a first list of authorised départements. For the API, Decree No. 2007-1433 of 5 October 2007 sets the guaranteed income at the API family income plus 70% of earnings (100% for the first three months back at work) and covers job-return costs up to €1,000. The list of départements for the API experiment is set by order of 2 November 2007.
