Extension of the earned income supplement (RSA) to working young people under 25
Article 135 of the 2010 Finance Act opens the earned income supplement (RSA) to people aged 18 to 25 without children, provided they have worked a set number of hours during a reference period (Article L. 262-7-1 of the Social Action and Families Code). Decree no. 2010-961 of 25 August 2010 sets this condition at two years of full-time work (3,214 hours) in the three years before the application and brings the scheme into force on 1 September 2010. For 2010, the national fund for active solidarity finances the whole allowance paid to these young people.
