RSA: amount reviewed periodically and not revised between reviews

Article 87 of the 2017 Finance Act rewrites article L. 262-21 of the Social Action and Families Code: the amount of the active solidarity income (RSA) is reviewed at intervals set by decree and revised between reviews only in situations defined by decree. If a dependent minor child dies, the child may, on request, continue to be counted until the fourth following review; this also applies to the activity bonus.
