State support for youth employment in companies set at €150 a month (€300 for unqualified young people)

Decree No. 2005-221 of 9 March 2005 rewrites Article D. 322-8 of the Labour Code: for a full-time employee paid the minimum wage, State support for youth employment in companies (SEJE) is set at €150 a month, raised to €300 for young people with training level V bis or VI. The application must be filed within one month of hiring. The decree takes effect on 1 April 2005, following the social cohesion Act, which made the amount depend on the training level.
