Removal of the three-month retroactive payment of personal housing benefits
Article 103 of the 2011 Social Security Financing Act amends Articles L. 542-2 and L. 831-4-1 of the Social Security Code and L. 351-3-1 of the Construction and Housing Code. Until then, when the eligibility conditions were met before the claim, the family housing allowance (ALF), the social housing allowance (ALS) and the personalised housing aid (APL) could be paid for up to three months before the month of the claim. From now on, the benefit is only due from the first day of the month of the claim.
