Abolition of the tax on spreading of sewage sludge and of the quality-control tax on medical biology laboratories

Article 83 of the 2017 finance act abolishes two low-yield taxes: the tax financing the guarantee fund for risks from agricultural spreading of urban and industrial sewage sludge (Article L. 425-1 II of the Insurance Code and Article 302 bis ZF of the General Tax Code) and the national quality-control tax owed by medical biology laboratories (Article 1600-0 R of the General Tax Code). The article also repeals Article 1613 bis A of the General Tax Code and asks the Government for a report on low-yield taxes by 30 June 2017.
