Reduced corporate tax rate on long-term capital gains cut from 19% to 15%

Section I A of Article 39 of the 2004 Amending Finance Act sets at 15% the reduced corporate tax rate on net long-term capital gains (Article 219 I a of the General Tax Code), for financial years beginning on or after 1 January 2005. The rate was previously 19%.
