Incentive-based TEOM
To encourage waste reduction, incentive-based pricing (paying according to the amount thrown away) is encouraged. The Loi de finances 2024 (2024 budget act) relaxed the conditions for local authorities to introduce an incentive-based TEOM (Article 150)
