Legal aid unit of value set at €32

The 2017 Finance Act amends article 27 of Law 91-647 of 10 July 1991 on legal aid: the reference unit of value (excluding VAT) used to calculate the fees of lawyers acting under legal aid is set at €32 from 2017, including in French Polynesia. The 2021 Finance Act (art. 234) raised it to €34 for cases admitted from 1 January 2021.
