One-off €40 payment to pensioners with pensions of €1,200 a month or less
Decree 2014-1711 of 30 December 2014 grants, for 2014, a one-off €40 payment to people who on 30 September 2014 held one or more basic pensions whose total (basic and supplementary, direct and survivor rights, French and foreign) did not exceed €1,200 a month. It is funded by the old-age solidarity fund and paid by the basic scheme paying the highest pension.
