One-off €70 payment to minimum old-age pension recipients
The decree of 30 December 2004 grants a one-off payment of €70 to all persons receiving, on 1 December 2004, the supplementary old-age allowance (Article L. 815-2 of the Social Security Code) or the life annuity for elderly repatriates. It is paid once, no later than 31 January 2005, for the 2004 financial year; the sums are reimbursed to the paying bodies by the Old-Age Solidarity Fund (FSV).
