Mobility contribution: ceiling raised to 3.20% in Paris and the inner suburbs
Article 139 of the 2024 Finance Act raises the ceiling rate of the mobility contribution (versement mobilité) from 2.95% to 3.20% in Paris and extends it to the whole of Hauts-de-Seine, Seine-Saint-Denis and Val-de-Marne, repealing the separate ceiling that applied to part of the inner suburbs. 2024 rates are set by a decision of the board of Île-de-France Mobilités, taking effect on the first day of the second month after that decision.
