Creation of a regional mobility levy capped at 0.15% of payroll
Article 118 of the 2025 Finance Act allows regional councils (outside Île-de-France) and Corsica to introduce, by decision, a levy to fund mobility services, capped at 0.15% of wages, under the same liability rules as the local mobility levy.
